Butterstuff is a cross of Peanut Butter Breath and Velvet Glove. It provides a long-lasting high that starts off mellow and becomes a mentally euphoric, chatty, hazy high that some users say gives them fits of the giggles. Butterwolf's aroma and flavors are reminiscent of butter cream overtones with notes of sour citrus, fruit, and savory/spicy herbs.
Tower Three describes its team as career cultivators who have spent more than twenty years perfecting their process. The plants grow in no-till living soil beds fed by locally sourced compost, cover crops and companion plants, and the farm says it uses no plant growth regulators or salts. At harvest, whole plants hang to dry, then everything is bucked, trimmed and packed by hand. Tower Three also breeds and selects genetics: Taunton Cookie (Marshmallow OG x Dosido) was bred in house, while Butterwolf and Butterstuff were bred by TeamingWithTerps, Tower Three's head of cultivation. The results show up in the terpenes. Tower Three has won Harvest Cup categories for limonene and linalool dominant flower, and current batches like Maple Butter show limonene, pinene and ocimene up top.
