Hemp-derived products contain less than 0.3% THC by weight and are created from compliant hemp certified by the Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources. Though hemp and cannabis are the same species of plant, the difference lies in the low THC content of hemp. As a result, the products in this category do not contain enough THC to create the “high” that is usually associated with cannabis. Instead, they contain greater levels of CBD and other minor cannabinoids, which are responsible for many of the non-psychoactive effects of cannabis you may know.
