My initial impression was good. I had visited a couple of times, had interactions with different tenders and all were pleasant and all impressed with their knowledge. I ended up with 2 duds of vapes and when I brought them back, one we were able to get back to life and working fine now, the other one, we didn't. They took care of that, more than satisfactory. And the whole interaction wasn't awkward to have, it was very accommodating. Nod to Sebastian. I forgot to ask the name of the tender that I finished the transaction with. Then, I've been getting more aware of terpentine profiles as of lately and I find them to be pretty accurate in their description on the website. Nod for that. So, more than recommended and whenever I'm in town, a repeat visitor over here.

Kevin explained everything to me and I got the best deals with a smile and he didn't rush me like other places especially on Christmas Eve! Thank you sooooo much definitely will be back!

They have a huge selection of flower, but I've been most impressed with the discounts on vape pens. Most of the staff are helpful.

As a west coast hash cat I can confidently say they have some of the best solventless products in the area. I highly recommend treeworks and flavor flown labs. Shout out the employees too I wish I knew everyone’s names but everyone is always great and the recommendations solid! May the terps be in your favor and flavor.

I always find some great advice and products at the store. Kevin recommended a few things for me that felt like great choices. The prices are a scosh high but I think that’s evened out by the advice and temperament of the staff.

I live close and I only want good quality products especially hash rosin and terpene journey caries some of the best rec brands in the state! Flavor flow labs and treeworks never let me down.

TJ was very engaging and made suggestions on edibles that would match the effect we would want. We left the shop laughing - and we were still sober.

In Janurary I was doing a comedy festival in Salem and I didn't have a lighter to light my joint. An employee from here was kind enough to give me his. I didn't get a chance to purchase cannabis but as of today I'm still using that lighter

This is one of the best dispensaries on the North Shore. If you are nervous about going, you definitely want a place that is welcoming & you feel completely comfortable. This is THAT place! Every time I go, everyone is beyond welcoming & friendly. Despite the size of the space of the storefront, the menu is extensive.They have so much product & options to choose from; there is definitely something there for everyone. But, don't bother with the menu. Just walk up & chat with the staff as they are so freaking nice, seriously knowledgeable, never rush you & listen to your needs to provide the best product for you But, I have to give a shout-out specifically to Ken!!!!! The sweetest human ever. He is so friendly, patient, took so much time to listen to what I was looking for & gave me the best recommendations without any pressure. He also made a suggestion for next time..... of course, there will be one & hope Ken will be working again. Great location & I felt safe in the area. Amazing 100/10!!!!

Stopped in before closing to grab some pre rolls, the girl Meghan working the door was super sweet and gave great future suggestions, didn’t catch anyone else’s names, but they were all super nice aswell! Loved the vibes of the store! Overall great experience

Ive been going to a few different places across the north shore over the last couple years as well as ascend in boston across the street from the garden. Recently Ive discovered Terpene Journey right here in Vinnon Square. Over the last few months Ive gotten the pleasure to work with Kevin a few times. Hes had a couple of cool tincture recommendations for me as well as some fun convo about your dope torch lighters. Recently Ive also gotten to know Julia as well who is also always professional and has great suggestions. I still have an AZ license as I lived out there for almost 20 years and we've had some cool chats about that area of the country. As someone who works in retail management I feel its important to let you guys know how awesome these guys make the experience at this location. Unless Im in Boston proper all my business will now be in this store thanks to Kevin and Julia. You guys rock !!

Huge selection of goods and very friendly, laid back staff! They give you good tips and information for different products, and what goes well together. Sometimes there are exclusive products that you can only get at Terpene Journey. It is a small storefront but the menus are extensive and easy to see from wherever you stand. Additional plus is that ID check directly outside at the door. Accessible ATM inside which is a plus. Best dispensary in Swampscott.
