Steak with Cannabis Infused Caramelized Onions Steps

  1. Cut your onion into thin slices. Melt 2 tbsp of Butter into a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add your sliced onions to the pan, as well as some salt and pepper, and cook until they are soft and dark brown in color. Make sure to stir every few minutes for about 45 minutes. Add in your 1 tbsp of RSO Butter and let melt and mix in with onions.
  3. Remove steaks from fridge and cut off any excess fat. Season one side with salt and pepper.
  4. Remove onions from pan and set aside in a small bowl. Add your steaks to the hot pan seasoned side down. Season the other sides with salt and pepper. Turn steaks over after 5 minutes.
  5. Cook steaks to you and your partners preferred temperature. Once cooked, place steaks on a plate and cover with aluminum foil. Allow steaks to rest while you prepare sides.
  6. Plate steaks and add a generous helping of caramelized onions. Serve with your favorite steakhouse sides and enjoy!

Summary:

Ahhhh, love is in the air, and so is that familiar skunky smell of weed! If you’re looking to stay in for the festivities, make a not-so-complicated dinner, and really blow your date away, a juicy steak is the way to go! We’re going to infuse this dish by adding a portioned dosage of RSO into the Caramelized Onions to go on top of the steak. The key is to cook the onions first, so all that yummy flavor goes into the steak. For the sides, use what you and your partner would like the best. However, you can never go wrong with cheesy potatoes! You know what they say...the way to a person’s heart is through their stomach!
