Cannabis Infused Pigs in a Pretzel with RSO Infused Beer Cheese Ingredients

  • 1 container of premade pizza dough
  • 1 package of cocktail wieners/ lil smokey’s
  • 8 cups of water
  • ½ cup of baking soda
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Sea salt
  • 1 can of Coors Light beer (or beer of your choosing)
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 tsp of worcestshire sauce
  • 1 tsp of yellow mustard
  • 1 8oz package of shredded cheddar jack cheese  
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

Cannabis Infused Pigs in a Pretzel with RSO Infused Beer Cheese Steps

  1. Fill a large pot with 8 cups of water and let it come to a boil. Once boiling, add in your baking soda and stir.
  1. Beat one egg in a separate bowl and set aside. Pre heat oven to 425° F.
  1. Unroll your pizza dough onto a cutting board. With a pizza cutter, cut straight lines across the dough. Flip the cutting board around and repeat until you have small squares.  
  1. Wrap each square of dough around the cocktail wieners with the ends of the wieners uncovered.  
  1. Take each cocktail wiener and gently place into boiling water with a slotted spoon. Remove wieners from water after 10-14 seconds. Transfer to a foil lined baking tray.
  1. Brush your beaten egg onto each wiener and sprinkle some sea salt.
  1. Place tray into a pre heated oven for 12-14 minutes until golden brown.  
  1. In a large saucepan, add in your Coors Light, heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, and yellow mustard. Whisk together and let it come to a boil, reduce the heat to low.  
  1. Slowly add in your shredded cheese and continuously stir until cheese is melted and sauce is well combined. Add in your spices and RSO and mix. Transfer to a small bowl.  
  1. Plate your pretzel pigs in a blanket onto a nice tray with the small bowl of sauce in the middle, serve and enjoy!

My family and neighbors love Pigs in a Blanket just as much as we love Soft Pretzels with Beer Cheese, so I decided to combine them together to make the ultimate finger food. We’re going to keep things easy peezy and use a Sativa Blend RSO to infuse our beer cheese sauce with.
