Summary:

Soup season is finally here!! Experimenting with soups has been on the top of my list for months, and I thought what better way to kick things off than with Chicken and Dumplings! For this recipe, we’re going to infuse RSO right at the very end. Why not just throw it in with the veggies and butter in the beginning? Because the longer you cook the cannabis infusion with heat, the cannabinoids will burn off and lose potency. By throwing it in right at the very end, we are ensuring that the cannabinoids are active, and others can still enjoy it if they choose not to partake in getting high. This is a perfect way to give your body a break after shoveling snow, get warmed up, and settle in for a cozy winter night.
