Rick Simpson Oil Cannabis Infused Chicken and Dumplings Steps

  1. In a large pot, melt your butter and add in your chopped onion, carrots, and celery. Let soften for 10-15 minutes at medium-low heat.
  2. Add flour and stir until vegetables are coated. Continually stir for 2 minutes. Lower temperature if needed.
  3. Add in your chicken bone broth, and milk. Add in your parsley and thyme. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir and allow to boil.
  4. Once boiling and slightly thickened, add in your shredded chicken.
  5. Pop open a small can of biscuits. Cut each one into quarters and roll each quarter into a ball. Press down to make a small patty.
  6. Carefully add dumplings into soup and gently stir to coat them with broth. Set the heat to low and cover, allow soup to sit for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Turn heat off and stir. Serve in bowls and add your preferred dosage of MAC’s Hybrid RSO. Enjoy!

Soup season is finally here!! Experimenting with soups has been on the top of my list for months, and I thought what better way to kick things off than with Chicken and Dumplings! For this recipe, we’re going to infuse RSO right at the very end. Why not just throw it in with the veggies and butter in the beginning? Because the longer you cook the cannabis infusion with heat, the cannabinoids will burn off and lose potency. By throwing it in right at the very end, we are ensuring that the cannabinoids are active, and others can still enjoy it if they choose not to partake in getting high. This is a perfect way to give your body a break after shoveling snow, get warmed up, and settle in for a cozy winter night.
