Cannabis Dark Chocolate Gingerbread Truffles Ingredients

• 1 Box of Ginger Snap Cookies

• 1 Block of Cream Cheese (at room temperature)

• 1 Bar (50 mg) of 253 Dark Chocolate

• ½ Bag of Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips  

• ½ tsp of Cinnamon

• ½ tsp of Nutmeg

Cannabis Dark Chocolate Gingerbread Truffles Steps

1. In a food processor, crush cookies into powder. Set aside about 2 tablespoons of cookie powder.

2. Add powdered cookies to a mixing bowl and add in your room temperature cream cheese. Mix until well combined. Refrigerate for 2 hours.  

3. Chop your 253 Dark Chocolate bar into small chunks and add to a microwave safe bowl. Add your chocolate chips. Microwave in 30 second intervals until melted. Add in your spices and mix well.

4. Scoop and shape the dough into small balls. Drop into melted chocolate, making sure to cover them generously. Pull out with a fork and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle the remaining cookie powder on top of each truffle.  

5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving, enjoy!
