Background of Shirley Temple Drink

Named after the infamous child star, Shirley Temples have been enjoyed by kids and kids at heart for decades. The legend goes that a bartender in Beverly Hills invented the drink and served it to Miss Temple herself at the height of her career during the 1930’s. It was always my favorite to order at any restaurant I went to as a kid, and even at almost 30, I still like to order one!

Cannabis Shirley Temple Ingredients

Here is everything you need:  

• Buzzy Ginger Ale  
• Maraschino Cherries
• Grenadine or Maraschino Cherry Juice

Cannabis Shirley Temple Recipe Instructions

I recommend enjoying in smaller glasses so that you can enjoy more than one without having to overdo the THC dosage. Keep in mind that your body processes cannabis beverages the same way it processes alcohol, the kick in time is much faster than eating an edible and doesn’t stay in your system for the same amount of time either. Keep track of how many milligrams you are consuming and drink responsibly.  

1. In a glass, add ice and a few splashes of grenadine/maraschino cherry juice.  

2. Pour over desired amount of Buzzy Ginger Ale

3. Add as many cherries as you’d prefer

4. Stir and enjoy!
