Why we love Fernway Cannabis

About Fernway

Discover the art of the "longing for faraway places" with Fernway, a brand whose name is inspired by the German word fernweh. Founded by passionate consumers who refused to settle for unreliable hardware and muted flavors, Fernway has become the gold standard for vaping in the Commonwealth. At Terpene Journey, we highlight Fernway for their meticulous approach to flavor and purity. Their signature lines begin with high-purity distilled cannabis oil, paired with complex, chef-grade terpene profiles, while their newer LIVE line goes beyond distillate, adding freshly harvested live terpenes and live minor cannabinoids for a richer, more complex high. From the classic 510 Cartridge to the pocket-sized Traveler and the high-capacity, dual-coil Traveler Pro, Fernway ensures that every hit is smooth, flavorful, and consistent. Whether you are savoring the "tastes-like-the-fruit" notes of their Flavor Line or the "tastes-like-the-flower" authenticity of their Strain Series, Fernway provides a premium, lifestyle-focused cannabis experience that invites you to savor every adventure.

Why Choose Fernway?

For the consumer who values a seamless, flavorful, and "it just works" experience. Fernway is the perfect choice for those who want their cannabis to complement their lifestyle without the guesswork of failing batteries or muted flavors.

The #1 Independent Vape

Fernway has earned its spot as the top independent brand by focusing on the consumer experience above all else. By remaining independent, they stay agile, consistently releasing award-winning, premium-quality products that set the trend for the entire Massachusetts market.

Undeniable Style Meets Outstanding Flavor

Fernway hardware is as much a fashion statement as it is a consumption tool. Their sleek, ergonomic designs, like the ridged edges of the Traveler and the SmartScreen-equipped Traveler Pro, ensure your device looks and feels as good as the vapor tastes. By utilizing dual vapor chambers and state-of-the-art ceramic coils, they ensure "outstanding flavor" remains the priority from the first puff to the last.

Next-Gen Hardware: The Traveler Pro

The Traveler Pro represents the evolution of the disposable vape, available in sizes up to 2 grams. Engineered with USB-C charging, pass-through technology (vape while charging), and a built-in SmartScreen, it gives you total control over your battery life. It’s a high-capacity device built for real life, ensuring you never miss a beat during your journey.

Pure & Potent Terpene Profiles

Fernway understands that the "high" is in the terpenes. Their Strain Series uses 100% cannabis-derived terpenes for an authentic, flower-like experience, while their Flavor Line utilizes natural botanical terpenes for bold, nostalgic tastes like Mandarin Orange and Blueberry Cake. With terpene counts frequently testing between 3 and 6%, Fernway delivers a nuanced effect that goes far beyond simple THC potency.

What sets Fernway hardware apart from other vapes?

Fernway doesn’t use "off-the-shelf" hardware. Their devices are custom-engineered to solve common vaping issues like clogs and burnt hits. The 510 Stylus Battery is optimized for their specific oil viscosity, while the next-gen Traveler Pro features a built-in SmartScreen for battery monitoring and pass-through charging.

What is the difference between the Fernway Flavor Line and the Strain Series?

It comes down to your "terpene journey." The Flavor Line, featuring hits like Mandarin Orange and Blueberry Cake, uses natural botanical terpenes to create bold, nostalgic tastes. The Strain Series, found in our Fernway Strain Collection, utilizes 100% cannabis-derived terpenes to capture the authentic, "raw" aroma of the original flower.

What is the "Traveler Pro" and how long does it last?

The Traveler Pro is Fernway’s high-capacity disposable, available in sizes up to 2 grams. It’s designed for longevity and reliability, featuring a rechargeable USB-C port and dual vapor chambers. It is the ideal choice for heavy users or weekend adventures where you don't want to worry about running out of oil or battery life.

Does Fernway use any artificial fillers or additives?

No. Fernway maintains a "Pure & Potent" philosophy. Their core vapes are crafted using only high-purity distilled cannabis oil and terpene profiles, while their newer LIVE line adds freshly harvested live terpenes and live minor cannabinoids. They do not use Vitamin E acetate, PG, VG, or any other thinning agents, ensuring that every hit of Alpine Strawberry or Elderflower is clean and smooth.

Are Fernway vapes recyclable?

Yes! Fernway is committed to the Massachusetts community and environment. You can bring your used Traveler, Traveler Pro, or empty cartridges back to Terpene Journey to be placed in our designated Fernway recycling bins, helping to reduce the environmental impact of disposable hardware.

What are the strongest Fernway products currently available?

While terpenes drive the experience, Fernway products consistently test at high potencies. TAC varies from batch to batch, so check the lab results shown on each product. Recent batches of the Elderflower Cartridge and Berry Haze Traveler Pro have tested above 95% TAC.
