Here is everything you need :

  • 2 tbs of Butter
  • 1 tbs of Olive Oil
  • 1 Cup of Frozen Diced Onions and Peppers
  • 1 Cup of Frozen Peas and Carrots
  • 1 Cup of Frozen Sliced Zucchini
  • 1 tbs of Minced Garlic
  • 1 can of Crushed Tomatoes (15 oz)  
  • Half a Can of Water
  • 1 can of Vegetable Broth (14.5 oz)  
  • 1 can of Green Beans, drained (8 oz)
  • 1 can of Red Kidney Beans, drained (15 oz)
  • 1 can of Cannelloni Bean, drained (15 oz)  
  • 1 can of Diced Potatoes (15 oz)  
  • 1 tsp of Italian Seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup of Pastina Pasta
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese (for serving)
  • 1 Syringe of MAC Indica RSO

Rick Simpson Oil Cannabis Infused Minestrone Steps

  1. In a large pot, heat oil and butter until butter is melted.
  2. Add in your frozen vegetables and zucchini. Sautee for 15-20 minutes until vegetables are softened. Add in your garlic and sauté for an additional 5 minutes.  
  3. Add in your can of crushed tomatoes, vegetbale broth, beans, potatoes, and seasoning. Let come to a boil and simmer on low heat for 25 minutes.
  4. Add in pasta and increase heat to medium. Cook for 8 minutes until pasta is cooked all the way through.  
  5. Once soup is served, plunge in your desired amount of RSO and stir until well incorporated.  
  6. Sprinkle some grated parmesan cheese on top and enjoy! Pairs nicely with some garlic bread!
