Betty's Eddies began in 2014, created by Ryan Crandall, Tim Shaw and their friend Sean Crowley, and joined MariMed in 2017. The chews arrived in Massachusetts in January 2020 and are made at MariMed's licensed facility in New Bedford. Each chew starts with full-spectrum cannabis-infused coconut oil, and Betty's says its chews are made with organic fruits and veggies and handcrafted in small batches. What sets Betty's apart is the extras: many flavors pair THC with other cannabinoids and botanicals. Go Betty Go Watermelon adds THCV, L-theanine and coffee; Take It Easy Orange Pineapple adds CBG, passionflower and chamomile; Tropical Smoothie Bite-a-Mins add CBD with vitamins C and D3 and zinc; and Bedtime Raspberry Creme combines THC with CBD and CBN.
