What an awesome dispensary. From inside/out the staff - the menu to the vision and the local products. Being a foodie and a weedie I visited a few cannabis shops over the weekend for the holiday and this one for sure blew me away. I will visit this location again It really is so unique how Terpene Journey has their products categorized by terp profile. The icing on the cake I was warmly greeted by Katy-perhaps one of the most intelligent bud tenders I have encountered since the cannabis industry began. I knew small medical dispensaries who really cared existed but for Terpene Journey to raise the bar in MA and do this on the recreational level. Impressive.Bravo. 5 stars! Keep it up!

I walked in to Terpene Journey in Swampscott and I was bombarded with smiles and welcomes, which is hard to find these days. As I approached a ray of sunshine named Yajaira Castro and her female coworker who's name I didn't get, they guided me in the right direction towards what it was I was searching for, and the information that went with it. If my experience that I received is going to be like this every visit then I certainly will look forward to my next visit and the comfort I felt while entering. Thank you Yajaire.

Overall an enjoyable experience. I happened to be at another store in the plaza and saw the sign for the dispensary and placed an order online from the parking lot and then walked in to the store and by the time my ID was checked the order was ready for pick up, it couldn't have been more than 5 minutes. All of the employees that I interacted with were helpful and friendly and polite. If I find myself in the area again I wouldn't hesitate to stop by.

I bought a new (to me) product and he was open about his experience with it and also took the time (he asked if I had time to look at something as we were talking post purchase) to show me another product based upon what he heard me saying while we spoke. I suffer with chronic pain from multiple spinal fusions. I have tried various things with mixed benefits over the years. Kevin was knowledgeable and suggested the Coast 1:1;1 gummies and they are very helpful.

This place fulfilled my order perfectly and the whole team greeted me with big smiles when I walk in the door. These people are so knowledgeable and so happy to be where they are it makes the pleasant experience to shop there thank you!

Love the vibe of this place, it's clean, bright, & organized with a touch of classy, seasonal, decorations, and a vast menu to choose from, I wish their prices were a tad cheaper, but they're still reasonable. A double plus, though, for including pipes and papers. They did not have 1 1/2" sizes, but that was the only downside of the trip, so it is what it is. Staff was all very nice, and welcoming. The young woman who served me(Catty?) was very kind and extremely personable, I really enjoyed our conversation, it was refreshing. All in all I'd say staff: 10:10 Vibe:10:10 Menu: 9:10 Price 6:10 Will go again.

Ask for Johancy when you get there. Every friend that shops here recommends him. Patient and responsive guy that just knows what he’s doing and what he’s talking about. Need more dispensary employees who go the extra mile in the same way.
