I ended up with 2 duds of vapes and when I brought them back, one we were able to get back to life and working fine now, the other one, we didn't. They took care of that, more than satisfactory. And the whole interaction wasn't awkward to have, it was very accommodating. Nod to Sebastian. I forgot to ask the name of the tender that I finished the transaction with. Then, I've been getting more aware of terpentine profiles as of lately and I find them to be pretty accurate in their description on the website. Nod for that.
